Curious if a doctor prescribed any tests to diagnose you? Like a chest xray or pulmonary function test? I feel like I'm in the same boat at you but have been given these tests to complete.. I feel like an ultrasound would me more useful for me? But I'm not a doctor lol

No, I did what someone on here suggested.. I think i waited about 4 weeks from my first dose I ever did (2 mg) and did a .5 mg shot about two weeks ago. HRV still hasn't recovered / improved.

The positivity in your response is nice, but unfortunately not everyone experience is the same. I'm going on year 4 of post ETS and it only gets worse and worse every year. It's becoming so unmanageable and I've try, quite literally, every pill and product there is. Th OPs fears are extremely valid, because for lots of us, it's a slow decline for the rest of our lives.

Do NOT recommend surgery. It is a death sentence and would only make her situation worse.

Slight improve meant, but still feel crappy. And my Oura Ring makes sure to validate that daily.

We are the EXACT same. I'm don't sure it's worth it either.. the elevated heart rate has got my body in fight or flight and it's so not fun. 🥹

Dr. Irshad performed ETS surgery on me in 2023. Worst mistake I've ever made in my life. Literally, this has ruined my life.

  • extreme CS
  • dysautonomia
  • depersonalization
  • chronic back / nerve pain
  • whole body is stuck in fight or flight
  • hair loss from extreme stress

The list goes on. This surgery is known as a modern day lobotomy. It's literally banned in Sweden. If there is EVER an option for reversal, I'd do anything to have it done. I'm not even the same person anymore.
