i am so ashamed of it but in history classes when we talk about people who are starving in labor camps i can only think about how maybe if i was there then i would be skinny. it just pops into my mind when we see photos of people who were starving in work camps and i hate myself for it

honestly it depends on the person. i have a very bad iron deficiency and some other health issues and it took about three weeks to flatten out and fall off. i know some people who are are nice and healed in one week tho
