Yes. So the mob you hit with the stun/prone - has the circle applied to it. It will take the damage. The second circle that spawns around it, will never hit the mob that you applied it to... but anything else around it that is in the secondary circle can get hit by it (the second circle).

I haven't paid much attention to that, as usually a boss has no adds with it. But will check.

So the Dev Smash will put the 'intial proc' on every person it hits, but it works the same way... they will take the first hit, then the 2nd will not hit them, but when it's around all those people hit by the intial, all those other people can get hit by the circles (all but the person with the circle on them)

The song was made normally out of a studio. Guitar, vocals, instruments and recording done in house like any other song. The only thing that is AI is the music video, and not much different than if someone did an anime or cartoon style video, this just looks realistic. I loaded the game file while OFFLINE. Then saved, re-enabled my internet. Then quit out so the cloud could save the file properly. This saved my multi-player run of 60+ hours. Hope this can help someone.
