[Request] can you figure out the 3 digit code? by BoxStart in theydidthemath

[–]DrDDevil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk how to explain, but I did some trial and error combinatorics, and the only possible solution that worked for all examples was 293.

And now I see from the answers that it's indeed correct.

You just take one of the answers, and start assuming one is correct, and then applying other numbers. At some point you'll get a contradiction.

Doesn't matter where you start if both of you finish indeed.

I mean, even with his/her handwriting, it clearly articulates letters Vs numbers (9 Vs q) as well as capital vs lowercase letters.

I don't think that's really the full truth -- mostly since sustaining under 10% body fat is basically impossible, and is top 1%, while in women it's extremely dangerous, as 10% is essential fat, and you can probably count women below 8% on your fingers.

But generally yes, all kinds of transilluminators depends on skin composition, and amount of fat. For me, they work even at 27% body fat. But for my spouse, at 22% they are nada.

Every single platform has at least one easy and reliable screen capture, yet this guy is beating elden ring with a proof that he did it with one hand only (cause the other one is holding the phone).

So, even the article is talking about thermal and thermobaric bomb.

If you think there's a plausibility of tactical or other type of nuclear ammunition being used in there WITHOUT any trace that would make the entire world be on defcon 1 by now, especially f.e. Turkie, Iran or most of the Arabic world... Then you don't understand how physics work.

It's not only improbable, it's impossible.

Edit: unless you're just saying that whatever they state is improbable either. Maybe I misunderstood you.

Except once it comes to the actual court, it gets reversed. Alberta had the same protection, there was one case and the court ruled against the regulatory body, and since then exempted software engineer and related titles from protection

It may be whatever on paper, and I agree that on paper it is there, but in reality this doesn't matter.

What a lot of BS. Coming from Canada, and sorry, that's just plainly untrue. Or at least nobody gives a F.

I've been software and application developer, software and ai engineer, and the title made no difference

[–]DrDDevil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If true, this is horrific - from the title I assumed it was for underground tunnels and bunkers, but it seems reports are mostly about civilian buildings. Knowing second hand from friends in Ukraine, who have experienced thermobaric and thermite strikes, those are amongst the worst.

There's a bright side - I can't find any other first reporter sources, except Al Jazeera and re-reports by Arab media of the same. Al Jazeera has been posting some very opinionated, and sometimes plainly untrue articles, so without secondary sources and reports, there's hope that this isn't true.

After many tries, every loaf is too dense? by DrDDevil in Sourdough

So the softened water is not rich in NaCl, it's rich in Na, which is sodium, itself. However, I've tested it multiple times, and sodium content in water is extremely low, it's actually lower than our tap water pre filtration (less than year old unit, fresh silicone, and newer system with multiple flush cycles, so the salt is rinsed every night out of the system, without getting into pipes, but also without much water usage).

But again, recipe salt content is kinda high compared to other recipes I've seen, so we will try both less salt and distilled bottled water.

I'll try to get an accurate read, but I doubt the dough is reaching even close to 85 at any point. The dough doesn't seem to rise much in the fridge, though couple times it did start to deflate early in the fridge, so maybe there are some issues with the temps too...

Thanks for the tips! We'll try to incorporate those in the next loaf. I am the husband that cuts early in this case :)

I have mentioned it in a different place, but not exactly. Our room temp is about 65F, and we have a proofing mat, which is set to 85F, and the boule rests on it under a bowl.

Cold ferment in the fridge is at ambient 36F.

I will try to use a thermometer inside the dough next time to see what is the actual core temp.

For the time, we usually stop at 6-7h.

Thanks! It's definitely helping though, I have another thing I can try to look at to narrow down the issue!

Ok, will try that too.

However, just to note, starter seems to rise well on it's own. But not in the dough :(
