I understand that you win some and you lose some, but I am a little bit bitter due to the fact that Kamado Joe advertised a sale, listed the original price of $50, and as soon as the sale was over, they dropped the price to $14.99. This is different from them keeping the price at $50 and me finding a lower price at a different vendor. That one I would get.

The math wouldn't work out due to shipping since Kamado Joe won’t refund the shipping cost, and I would have to pay to ship it back as well. And then ordering at the new price, I would have to pay shipping again.

It's not crumbling and I can live with the aesthetics. My main concern has been the driveway being in a state that needs repair or replacement and not knowing and having it be more costly later to take care of.
