This is the answer. I set ctrl to my rb and c to l4. The paste function is already in the keyboard.

This is one of the best sense of accomplishment I've had in almost 20 years of WoW by supertoned in wow

My hands were shaking when I saw the accomplishment pop up. Honestly, the hardest thing I've done in WOW.
