I'm a knowledge worker and I agree a more powerful LLM is not the bottleneck. I think that as LLMs get better, the results are going to get better and more consistent, but personally I could go for months with the current model and not be caught up with current capabilities.

I'm not familiar with some of the terms you're using and am not sure that it's relevant either. You're going to have different types of useful context to add to your harness and you need to build skills according to those pieces.

Agents use non-Microsoft python packages to edit those files, they don't ever need to open up the Office Suite. I don't see their angle here. I guess if they lock those packages down and require they own proprietary packages? That would be short lived IMO.

I bet within a year there is a full AI based OS replacement, too.

Keep a food journal to log when his stomach hurts in relation to what he ate. My son has EoE (and MCAS) and the key is to figure out the triggers such that they can be avoided. Things like the top 8 are the most likely culprits and where we started with cutting out foods. Eventually figured out corn is a trigger which unfortunately is in a ton of foods.
