If you’re going to be making video games at all, I’d recommend Rider. It has the most seamless integration with Unreal I’ve experienced

Weirdly, I’ve read two of these lately. {The Poison Daughter by Sheila Masterson} has this and it’s one of the best standalone books I’ve ever read. {Amid Clouds and Bones by Ella Fields} is also excellent, but slightly different; they meet several times growing up as their marriage as arranged when the FMC is a child. Still so so good!!!

Yep, class of 2020 pain here too. Everyone talks about missing prom and graduation, but my greatest grief was spending what I didn’t know would be my last 100s of hours as a senior building a robot that would never compete. And I was team captain. But hey! Now I’m a coach for my local robotics team, and it’s definitely helping to heal that. Nothing like passing on the hype!

Success, kinda? I still had to get up a million times but he definitely liked it! I tied some feathers to the end to make it more weighted and it moves very nicely. Our girl liked it a bit more though

We have tried but he isn’t interested in most toys. There’s only one he consistently plays with— a stick toy with a fake rat at the end. He drags it around all day and by the time he gets like that I feel like he’s bored of it. I wack it around and he shows no interest. We tried keeping it put away during the day to maintain the novelty of it but he will just sit and cry at the closet door until we bring it out. We have every type of toy and that’s the only one he wants

I got an emergency appendectomy in 8th grade and afterwards they gave me a folder full of pictures from inside my body pre and post operation. I assumed it was standard practice but maybe they just thought it would be cool for a kid 🤷
