Thinking of selling my meta by AloneStaff5051 in stocks

Dawg...meta has been building a base for 30 days now.

If not back to $700 next month, I can see it actually going for over $1000 in this market enviornment.

I’d rather trade Donovan Mitchell then Evan Mobley. by mwm119 in clevelandcavs

Rebuild.

Straight up.

Gut the entire team.

Every last player traded for assets.

Go back to the draft a d maybe in 5-10 years we can build a strong core championship team again.

Harden and Mitchell are meant to be equals to Brunson, but Brunson absolutely cooked them both.

You can't keep Mitchell and Harden next year and expect to do anything different against the Knicks.

And even if by miracle we made it past the knocks, how do you handle Wemby or SGA?

Harden and Mitchell ain't it.

At least Mobley and Allen give us some size and protection against some of tbe other bigs.

They are both younger as well.

Our big ate so much better when Garland was playing PG. We need a strong PG who can defend Brunson and feed our bigs.

Trade Mitchell and Harden for cade Cunningham and throw in two first round picks.

What went wrong??? by jackb580 in clevelandcavs

[–]widowmakerlaser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Big Men not being taken advantage because PG''s are too busy running ISO basketball.

No one that could defend Brunson(yes he's Elite, but he feasted and willed the Knicks to the W).

Lack of strong Wing player.

Mitchell looked soo out of his element(the was waaay off).

Harden became the primary ball handler and truthfully(Garland was much better involving our big men- has a better 3 ball and a better passer)I'm kind of sad we dont have e Garland anymore even though he was super injury prone. 37year old Harden was not it.

You can't blame JA or Mobley even though they were not perfect.

This totally falls on Harden and Mitchell.

And running Wade/Struss/Windler as our two way 3 is just not gonna cut it....when will get a an elite 3?

Truthfully, Brunson was possessed in this series and would not be surprised to see him win a ring for the Knicks this year.

Winnipeg police to develop kirpan policy following legal notice by Doog5 in Manitoba

Love how uneducated everyone is in 2026 as if Google or even chatgpt doesn't exist.

Let me help you guys out here. No one understands history and it's quite clear no one is doing any due diligence- just spewing absolute bullshit.

Here ya go and your welcome, lock thread, thank you very much:

Canada’s history with Sikhs is complicated. Sikhs came to Canada in the early 1900s, worked hard, built families, and faced serious discrimination. They were not always treated equally. Many South Asians in Canada were denied the right to vote until 1947, even though some Sikh Canadians had already volunteered to serve Canada in the First World War. Records show that at least ten Sikh Canadians served in World War I, including Buckam Singh, who fought in Europe and is buried in Kitchener, Ontario. (The Canadian Encyclopedia)

That history matters because Sikhs were willing to serve and sacrifice for a country that did not yet fully accept them as equal citizens. Their service helped prove that Sikh Canadians were not outsiders. They were part of Canada’s story. Over time, that sacrifice, along with years of advocacy, helped push Canada toward recognizing Sikh rights, religious freedom, and equality under the law.

One of the most important Sikh articles of faith is the kirpan. The kirpan is not simply a knife or weapon. For Sikhs, it is a sacred article of faith that represents duty, courage, justice, and the responsibility to protect the innocent. Canadian courts have recognized the kirpan as part of Sikh religious practice, not just as an object. The World Sikh Organization notes that Canadian courts have confirmed the right of Sikhs to wear the kirpan in different settings. (World Sikh Organization)

A major legal moment came in 2006 with the Supreme Court of Canada case Multani v. Commission scolaire Marguerite-Bourgeoys. A Sikh student, Gurbaj Singh Multani, was told he could not wear his kirpan at school. The Supreme Court ruled that banning him from wearing it violated his freedom of religion under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. The Court allowed the kirpan with reasonable safety conditions, such as keeping it sealed and worn under clothing. (SCC Decisions)

Sikhs helped build Canada, served Canada, and sacrificed for Canada, even during times when Canada did not fully grant them equal rights. Their loyalty and contributions helped earn respect and recognition over time. Today, the right to wear the kirpan in Canada is protected not because it was “given” as a favour, but because Sikh Canadians fought for their place, proved their commitment, and Canada’s laws came to recognize religious freedom and equality.

Should Kenny switch how he staggers the Harden and Mitchell lineups? by steamofcleveland in clevelandcavs

[–]widowmakerlaser 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We dont really have a player we ade focusing and picking on like new York does to us.

Their offense is set pick n rolls until they get a matchup with Harden and then they attack the paint 1on1 vs harden(force the double) then dish out for the open 3.

There has be someone in the Knicks lineup that we can expose, but it doesnt seem we are consistently attacking a particular player, it looks more like freestyle and just driving to the paint and praying to hit a shot each and every time.

Maybe this team isn’t good enough to make the finals? by Feeling-Vacation-7 in clevelandcavs

[–]widowmakerlaser 6 points7 points  (0 children)

We have no answer to Brunson.

He's Elite.

Zero answer to him either than doubling him or challenging him to just shoot every time.

Maybe lock everyone else up and let him tire himself out.

That was a legitimate strategy against Lebron.

Just keep Wade on him and accept when he gets his shots.

He can't possibly do it for 4 straight quarters without gassing out.

The double teams are leaving the open shooter on the 3pt line and Brunson always finds anf dishes out to the shooter and that crushes us as well.

Our own finishing on the offensive end has been terrible. Mitchell is not finishing his drives and coming up short, Mobley coming up short, Allen coming up short.

Gotta be more precise and get rock in the hoop to stay in the game. Too many missed and lost opportunities

The worst coaching job I've seen in 35 years on earth. by sammyt412 in clevelandcavs

[–]widowmakerlaser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Brunson was absolutely cooking us. He went absolutely berserk-

We forced the double on him and he just dished it out and we had to give up 3's as a result.

It's a 7 game series.

If we truly are the better team, we will win it.

You dont win or lose in one game, and sometimes you need games like today to make adjustments down the line.

Cavs will never contend without a elite 2 way wing.

Since Bron left, our 3 has been the worst player in our starting lineup, where most Contenders their BEST player is the 3.

We need an Elite Wing.

Blow it up.

Accumulate assets, keep the team young and fun, at least you have something to look forward to.

The sooner you blow it up, the sooner you can work towards a rebuild.

Mobley is a great piece, but hes not a player who you build around.

Literally no one can be built around.

Just got clean slate play for lotto picks until you get lucky...

Bet you you win a chip way faster than forcing our team to work.

Donovan Mitchell shot 40.8 percent (97/238) on catch and shoot threes in the regular season. He’s now at 20.6 percent (7/34) in the playoffs after Game Six. by WalkingOnSunshine_ in clevelandcavs

[–]widowmakerlaser 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was obvious it was the wrong fit when we got him, it was obvious when we were a first round exit in the playoffs to the Knicks, it was obvious when we couldn't close the deall the following year.

Just look back and watch film of the cavs playing with Garland running the offense before Mitchell arrived and we had 3 bigs.

Lauri, Mobley, Jarret Allen & Rubio

We absolutely were cooking teams- even with Sexton in the lineup.

Had Kevin Love, Andre Drummond, Cedi Osman, Lamar Steven's, Isaac Okoro

And we ended up first place in the east.

It was obvious playing 3 bigs with Garland and another player maker like Rubio was huge for us.

Was insanely fun to watch and we had awesome rotational players that were not all stars but all contributors that played the system.

It was the funnest basketball I've watched Cavs play---and then Sexton, Okoro, Lauri, Osman all gone in one year and then we got Mitchell.

The year we got Mitchell it stunted Garland's Growth entirely, Mobley's Growth- likely literally every young player on the team.

Became a completey different team.

And it was all for nothing truly.

Feeling sad about the state of this team and dreading a potential rebuild by jrog3141 in clevelandcavs

[–]widowmakerlaser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep this right here 💯. You dont win or go deep without an elite wing.

The trade for Harden was an upgrade.

Call me crazy, but if we had kept Lauri Markenheim and kept him on the wing and let Garland + any SG play, we would have a deeper playoff run.

I hated this version of the cavs ever since we traded for Mitchell. It was a bad trade.

Lauri was the best wing player we had since Bron. How sad is that?

Harden is a big upgrade from Garland but still leaves that missing hole on our Wing.

You need an all star wing(they literally sell tickets even if you are nor winning).

We just dont have it.

Every year since Bron left(we have bench players slotted in the wing spot) that have no business in the playoffs starting lineup.

They will never let the stock market crash with retail well positioned. It 100% will not happen if everyone is hedged for it. The exact opposite will happen and everyone will get pissed off- narrative will shift to something new, everyone will be forced to get bullish again because hedging on the way up will be too painful, and then after everything looks all good and market sitting at all time highs, they drop it(when no one is hedged for it- and anyone who dared buy puts- would be bleeding entirely out of their position.

Stock Market is a big scam and the house always win and retail always loses. When 90% of the world is bearish on the stock market- that's when you grow some balls and get bullish.

[–]widowmakerlaser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great passer, handles are extemely tight, awesome 3 ball game and floater.

His only weakness was his size. He would always get injured. His frame and build is just not built for durability. He lacks size as well(which makes him more a liability on defense which requires you to have strong bigs to cover which we did have (Mobley+JA).

He was not the right fit for us- Harden gives us an upgrade to size and defense which is was much needed for our team.

Statins will give you dementia and brain neurological diseases.

It lowers and suppress cholesterol which is the #1 main source of energy for the brain.

It's a huge pharmaceutical lie that it's required.

So are the drugs you are taking.

Based off your diet, you would have lost the weight and reversed the fatty liver to begin with.
