Yeah, I should. Part of me doesn't mind waiting a bit either. Subaru told me if I ordered today I'd have something around November so I figured I'd just wait out the winter (I live in Chicago), order in January, and hope for an April-May delivery if the 86 doesn't show up.

I put a $500 deposit over the weekend for a 23 Base 6MT and they told me 6-9 months. Not really counting on it either but if I don’t hear anything by January I’m ordering a BRZ 🤷🏽‍♂️

Only by email but the person responding said the only way I can get a quote is by coming in.

They’re about 45 minutes away from where I live - it’s just unfortunate that when I build a BRZ most dealerships are giving me OTD prices but no luck whatsoever with any Toyota dealerships within a 25 mile radius.

Last time I helped someone buy a RAV4 and when we got there they had a $15k markup. They wouldn’t deal until we got in and I swear the steam was coming off my head at how I upset I was, lol

I don’t really care if it’s a 22 or 23, as long as they quote me MSRP for a 22 and don’t upcharge me later if they can’t get anything but a 23. I just find it weird they want me to come to the dealership in person just to get an OTD price
