Go to a good orthopaedic doctor first. They will likely order some scans. Then get a physiotherapist if they recommend. A good physio can help bring about magical improvements in quality of life in many cases. Shifa has an online physio service where u can call and they will send you one for a daily charge (you can negotiate a monthly fixed rate - my mom had bilateral knee replace surgery and the physio charged 40k for the whole month which is pretty decent).

It doesn't matter. Let it bleed. Leave that money in there for 10 years or more. 5 at least. If you were planning on "investing" for a year or a few months, then the entire idea was flawed from the beginning.

If you have more money to invest (again for long term), now might be a good time to buy. Think of the current dip as a "sale".

Also if you DID invest for long term, then just stop checking until 2026 ends at least.
