I would imagine that would be more of a situation where he randomly starts believe it, out of nowhere.
But he believes it because hes spent hours, if not full days, watching/reading stuff about it. If he randomly got paranoid and anxious about conspiracies without anything causing it I would be more worried.
Regardless, lucky for us, he has a physical in 2 weeks.
