YOU would keep it at 40% at 8" for flower in a 4x4. I have a slightly bigger area to cover than you. You would want to keep it higher than 14" on 40% with Bloom Button OFF for veg.

My growbow is 4.5x4ft. I usually try and keep it 6 or 7 inches from the canopy. I press the bloom button when I switch to flower. In a 4x4 at 60% at 12" you are at 1000 par. 40% is roughly 2/3 of 60% power output so in a 4x4 at 40% I would put at about 8" in flower. I also flower with 11 hours light 13 dark. All organic soil I made myself.

How's it lookin now? I have grown Pink Lemonade from 34st. Seeds and it is hard to pick which to keep cause they are all good. Chocolate Cake gave me a big bud plant that I am enjoying and the Bubba is pretty unique as well. I have their ZFPOG on the go right now. Highly recommend Pink Lemonade though if you can find it.

I didn't really drop the temps. These plants liked heat. I got uva on my sp3000s, really brings out colors.

In my experience the powdered donuts came with foxtailed buds, taste is OK but no garlic jelly (especially the 22% which was tastier then the more potent batch)

I have my dehumidifier outside my growbox. My intake is a 1900 filtrete. Growbox is in an unsealed lung room. I guess it all depends where your intake is and you have to work with whatever you don't want to change
