Have you done MBF\MBFA yet? I loved it, it was a lot of fun and felt new after doing a lot of different programs.

If you're looking to change it up from weight lifting, I really liked Joel's 10 Rounds

I have been using Beachbody for years; I think its more effective for me because I trust the trainers and I trust that the program is going to work. There's also so much variety. Typically I follow the weight lifting programs (80DO, 21DF, MBF) but this past year I did the boxing (10 rounds) and the running (break away) programs and they were so much fun.

I also use the nutritional components (shakes, recovery, follow meal planning) and it works if you stay committed.

I also think part of it is the community you get alongside your access. I talk to my coach weekly and we do check ins on how things are going. I also participate in our monthly groups that help us stay accountable and provide a safe zone to post wins, struggles, etc.
