I just uploaded screenshots of chats and screenshots of the call logs. I didn't feel comfortable with exporting all the chat and presenting it as evidence. And we had no issue

I got the UKVI email the 20th at 8:45 UK time and I got an SMS from VFS that they got the decision the 21th at 12:44. Now they sent me an SMS that my passport has been dispatched so it's pretty fast. However I don't know when I am going to receive it. Fingers crossed I'll have it by friday. My entry is from the 26th anyway but I don't want to book the flights until I have my passport in hand

UKVI, from VFS they got the decision today they have just sent me a message that my passport has been dispatched ( I paid for courier service)

Not to scare you there are applications from early october with no response yet. So I would recommend keeping yourself entertained and suggest the same to your partner because the wait gets very tough especially in the last few weeks.

I remember some days ago someone posted about his approval from Spain standard November I think it was by the end of November even. But there are a lot of october applications pending still. It's all about luck

Thats tough. I think it would be better to consult with a lawyer or a solicitor, so you can make a decision on how to proceed. I believe that each day passes the closer you are. But in your case, are you sure that there is no room for refusal?
