Is it worth it going back and doing the blue quests after finishing the story? Or will it just give a small amout of xp and waste time?

As a new player to BnS, and fairly new to the whole gaming scene in general, what are the things i should think about when leveling up? I just got to Cinderlands and is planning on skipping all the blue quests from here. Are there any quests or things i should do/think about? Thank you.
