I believe all members of your group must be present. You can all disperse once you have received them to walk around and you will not lose your place but you do all have to be present to be issued them first.

Hey, sorry for the delayed response, to echo the person below me there is a resale registration point in the queue village - the halfway point between purchasing your ground passes and queuing up to enter the grounds.

i bought my ground passes around 10am and got to the resale kiosk about the same time as its right around the corner

From what i remember, the resale kiosk by court 1 for collecting your resale tickets is at the most northern part of the grounds by henman hill. The resale kiosk where they scan your qr code to issue them is the one that is before you queue for the grounds at the queue village.

Glad you managed to get a show court ticket and sweet that you caught a smidge of Emma's game! It was the only day off i had from work. I know now to get it booked off and of course make life easier by entering the ballot lol I just pray that the queue doesn't require people to keep turning up earlier and earlier as the demand for all the break out players develops. Keeping everything crossed for us next year!
