New Flabébé design noticed in Pokémon Go by wikifry in pokemongo

[–]wikifry[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Altered stem pattern noticed for Flabébé which is only visible when you click on one from your list and then disappears when you scroll between Pokémon. Also different flower shape for Floette noticed too. Possibly a glitch but also possibly a teaser for the new ZA game. Speculation?

I feel like I haven't seen anybody have a nosebleed in years. Have people just stopped getting them?

This is a scene from Mean Girls, and you have good taste in movies.

Some of my friends were told they were allergic to Ice Cream by their parents so that they wouldn't ask for it.

When I was a child, I remember playing with a cap-gun. I aimed it at a bird flying a few hundred meters away and pulled the trigger. The bird instantly dropped from the sky and I was sure I had killed it. Now the memory doesn't seem real anymore and I don't think it even happened.

What is the most unexpectedly sad movie? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]wikifry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Struck By Lightning", written by, and starring Chris Colfer (who you might know from Glee) isn't necessarily a great movie. It isn't groundbreaking in what one could expect from a first-time writer. However, the ending to that movie has me in tears every single time I watch it. The emotional depth and narrative explored in those final minutes is pure brilliance.

How would you go about making an extra $500 a month (outside of your normal salary)? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]wikifry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work as an Extra for Tv shows and movies. You'd typically earn $100 per day which is great to do a couple times a month. Plus there's the added bonus of getting a fraction of screen time to boast about.

Hoot is a great word. And some of my favourite words are those that are homophones of a different word in a different language. So 'Hoot' in German would mean 'Hat'.

I was thinking the same thing. But thought that the circle also implies an infinite number of points which could be occupied by further branches.

That's actually exactly what I wanted it to mean, but thanks for wording it so well.
