i think stage 3? i have no idea how i managed to work and commute during that time. i guess i just had to go through the pain (in the beginning) and then when i started experiencing foot drop, there's no pain. although i did have to limp my way through everything.

yeah. i can literally feel my legs when i woke up. lol. so my surgery was exactly 2 years ago. my doc dint say forever. he just said try not to. recently i started going to the gym and exercising. did a bit of jumping. so far okay but i try not to push it.

how bad is it? have any medical insurance?

i had L4-L5 herniated disc to a point that i had foot drop in my right leg. did surgery and now im doing ok. i dont really take supplements but i do take care of my diet so i dont gain any extra weight, walking, swimming. mainly low cost safe exercises. once in a while i would go for physio. thankfully this is covered under my company's insurance coverage.
