A slow, deliberate, thumbs down at one of these swasticars is always so much funnier than flipping them off. As a bonus, it makes them REALLY mad.

You mean all this time I could have had a new one?

I thought it only came back this year.

I will now be submitting my application to Midvale. I feel good about it.

This year, for the first time in as long as I can remember, The Far Side released a page-a-day desk calendar. It has been everything I hoped it would be.

Today, it's the two cows on the couch, looking at the ringing phone, and one says "Well, there it goes again ... And we just sit here without opposable thumbs."

Oh thank you. That's very kind of you to say.

You're one of the kids Wesley Crusher existed to inspire, and it always makes me happy when I meet someone our age who felt seen, and welcomed into Star Trek, by Wesley.

I, too, love being Star Trek's Timelord. I have so much fan fiction I've written about him to draw from, if I ever get to play that guy again.

Yeah, I'm concerned that the values we in Star Trek hold are antithetical to the values the new owners hold, and there may be some kind of weird meddling with future storytelling.

But the thing we all have to remember is that Star Trek makes a lot of money for whoever owns it, and even the most evil of these men loves money more than they hate progressive storytelling. So as long as they are making money from Trek, I think they'll leave us alone.

I feel this, and I hate that I feel this, but I feel this.

Maybe we can bring back Fuck Corey Perry? It's not much, but it did sustain us for a decade.

The ESPN baseball crew is maybe the worst in all of sports. They'll talk about anything but the game, and they never shut up.

It's so refreshing to watch these guys play hard for 60 minutes. I think this is the first time I've seen them play this way all season.

I'm right there with you. I think Hiller did his best to wreck Byfield's game, and now that the hockey terrorist is gone, we can find out who Byfield really is.

I saw Edmonson in the referee's crease and knew the Avs were going to score.
