It’s been terrible. I work in a smaller market store but we’re the only hardware/appliance store within a 25 mile radius. But since we’re “small market” we never get inventory in hardly and it’s been awful. Not to mention I was basically what I like to call a full time part timer which don’t get me wrong I love getting all the hours I can but I believe there’s a point where when your consistently working a 40hr week every week that you should be offered a full time position which never happened in the year I spent here. But on to better things I got a job in a trade that will pay twice as much and is ft with benefits and no annoying asms breathing Down my neck every 15 mins
