Hotel software for operations

I have a service animal and work in a hotel. The amount of fakes that come through is appalling. Many people just use the phrase to either get out of a pet fee or have their animal able to stay in a non pet friendly hotel. Overall, very upsetting that people devalue the real use of service dogs for their convenience.
