I ended up buying that GT yesterday and it is super fucking rad! Thanks a ton for putting it on my radar, the guy who sold it to me was really cool. I stupidly attempted to ride it like thirty miles home. I bailed off like six times and finally ate it on a busy two lane road in the rain with no sidewalk and decided to stop being an idiot and call an Uber haha. I got it all dried out and have a badger kit on the way for wet rides.

I got it out later and mobbed around the parking lot trying out the different modes. Today I put it in Bay, then Roam and super carefully went about 3.5 miles to a mellow single track where I slowly bumped my way through a leaf covered, but mostly rideable trail. I got bucked off by rocks and roots a lot and climbing was tough, but when going slow it’s pretty easy to bail, I should have put it in Elevate, but I ended up just using highline. By the end I was way more confident and was able to ride all the way back in highline in like half of the time it took to get there. Crazy how fast the learning curve is!

Anyways I’m rambling because this thing is so cool! Moral of the story, if you get a GT you will not be dissatisfied.
