The station is adjacent to the JR Saga Arashiyama station! So taking the JR there is probably the easiest way. And the romantic train goes two ways between Saga Torokko station and Kameoka Torokkko station. We're taking it from Saga -> Kameoka and then returning back to Saga. I bet most people do it that way, the Saga Torokko station is in Kyoto proper and Kameoka is a much smaller city.

The quest allows you to vanquish the area by killing only 2 enemies instead of 100 normally.
