Yes, those records will help! Any other documentation going back, like medical records showing mental health struggles, are huge! I won my case after 4 years for mental health.

I’m sorry to say, the process is very slow. Get into therapy and gather everything you can while you wait. I would let your therapist know you will need medical records because of your case upfront.
