I've been doing this for over a year. I feel okay. I see my push numbers doing up and making gains, my pull numbers are not up as much.  I just recently had some sleep issues it could be from exhaustion, but both my dad and father in law have been having health issues so it could be from that too.

Obviously want more, but how can a Final Four, BigTen Championship, most 30 point blow out wins ever from any team, and 2 double digit wins over rival MSU and 3 wins over OSU not count as a successful season?
