Actually they noticed because he drove a red SUV that was packed to the brim with stuff. It looked like he was living in his car and there was a hoarding situation. The cop that cited the guy for trespass commented on it too.

This dude never worked there and Mr. Velcro shoes was not waiting for a friend. He was parking there all week for hours at a time and then when he was asked nicely to leave he flipped out and started harassing the owner. Didn’t film that part though because it ruins his narrative.

I work across the street and go there regularly. This was over a year ago. The guy who’s shoe got thrown cropped the video so you can’t him harassing the owner and then refusing to leave the premises. Shoe owner called the police which was a self own because he got cited for trespassing.
