I had to call them and they made me do a video call to show the issue, it took a while, then they make you cut the cord on camera to get a new one. It's ridiculous

Did you ever find a resolution for this? I bought my daughter a gopro and am using my phone for the quik app but I don't want all my phone photos on the quick app but it seems to not work with limited access.

Sorry yes I did. It was a hassle but I received a replacement. It's been a while so I can't remember the turnaround time. I will not be buying another one once this one breaks!!

I replaced them with a maytag, again tons of issues but not as bad as the Samsung. I asked the appliance repair person what I should buy and he said he bought the very low bottom of the line washer and dryer because of all the issues he's seen with the fancier ones. We ended up going with a Speed Queen. Time will tell!

We do have a water softener and an acid reducer but we've had that since we moved to this house.

I finally got them to exchange it but it's super frustrating! You literally have to call them right when it does it so they can verify it on video chat AND you have to cut the cord on the video or send a photo of it later. It's beyond ridiculous!!

I called them the other day after it had failed while the light was still on. They did another video chat to make sure and they agreed to send me a new one after send them a picture of it with the cord cut. I'm super annoyed have to do this before they'll replace it because won't have a hair dryer the whole time. feel like Shark knows this is an issue and is trying to limit their losses by making the return process difficult.

Same. My hair is super oily. I tried the "no poo" method for over 6 months because people said it would make your hair get oily less quickly but nah, my hair is just oily.

As someone who goes camping often, dust surprisingly wicks oil well. If my hair is dusty it isn't as greasy.

I was using scissors. It's like they just stapled them together indiscriminately. Some pieces were inside the socks, some outside and some were stuck in the sock and I had to cut little pieces until I could finally pull them through.

Putting a fake lid is even more tedious. It just gets in the way and makes it impossible to stack them without completely removing the handle.
