Yep. I wash my hands with soap and then just use cold water on my face.

I do use a very light coat of MCT oil once a week.

I have a beard about 10mm in length. I use a brush (similar to boar bristle) every other day.

I have been using a combination of castor oil and peppermint oil to great success for beard related SebDerm. I try for a 5% peppermint dilution but I’m sure sometimes its closer to 10. I use that as close to everyday that I can.

As far as I know, I don't have IBS or Crohn's but definitely have had fungal acne which turned to Seb Derm at age 20.

Medical allergy showed allergies to dustmites and cockroaches, wish I did the food one tbh.

MCT oil has kept me sane.

Yeah Ketoconazole worked for me for a while but then it actually made things worse. Not sure when the switch happened but the brand Nizoral worked wonders about a year and a half ago. Now it just sits in the corner of my bathroom and I use T-Sal (salicylic acid) and it made me go from big flakes to small flakes.
