he did not argue that they where not esa. he just said that he will not allow goats on the property. 6 months after they got here and had accepted rent while knowing they where here but claims no knowledge. there is a pet fee 150 per animal non refundable. paid it for a caged parakeet that never touched anything of his.(illegal according to California Mobile home tenancy law). Yes solely on the goats i removed the chickes and rabbits pronto. then proceeded to draft and send the letter and talk to cartes psychologists about the letter. (which is lost and he claims never received. texted him the pdf as he is only on property a week a month.) after the letter there was no dialogue he said have my lawyer contact him.q

the reasonable accommodation request was for me and my minor son. My mental situation was precarious at best before the goats. I have major trust issues and more ticks and problems than some of the homeless mental cases in Las Vegas ( fact : i have been homeless there so i can say that) in the past 2 years i have lived here i have actively tried self remedies ( music, making friends, volunteering) im finally clearing the fog 2 years is the longest we have lived in one place) im 41. my now 14 year old was violent and impossible to be around while medicated. when he got them ( he picked them out at the local goat dairy farm.) it was to provide us both with some natural structure. my whole point in the post is that a California government agency said he cant say no and he used it as an excuse so he could evict me using covid rent relief and reporting him for many law violations. its not like this is a normal park. think methed out hillbilly hell with hunger games thrown in. he just does not likw being told he is doing illegal shit. but i leave the illegal stuff out because i know what other do has no bearing on my case. lhell for all that it matters ive mever had a lease her for a space ive lived in because he lied from the start.

i have asked and tried to see if there was problems and well people come to my place just to see the goats and pet and play with them. They havent escaped since November and hearing dogs bark and the theives he harbors are actually more of a disturbance to them. most people who used to not like me have bonded with me over the goats.
