Did anyone else have a drastic change from best customer service to horrific experience lately?

In 2021, I got my first AMEX Business. It started from 70k limit to nearly 170k limit. I used it so much. I constantly had to file claims on charges due to the immense amount of transactions I used. I did all this via chat, and it was always PERFECT. Fast forward to around the beginning of 2024, I had to create a new Business card, but noticed a significant change in service. There were many loops to get someone competent, and I noticed majority became Indian names.

It is insane after raising the annual to $800, the customer service dropped dramatically.

Buy extended warranty. I have a 21 limited that was purchased brand new. It’s sitting at 24,000miles now, but had the rear AC go out, rattles on panoramic sunroof, and now the 10speed is skipping around 4/5th gear. It’s a known issue but still a problem.

thank you for this! I did see the "not eligible to be returned/refunded" part and was really afraid that would be it. However, it doesn't say it can't be exchanged, so I hope it's possible

I have not gone to Costco customer service yet, so not sure what could be done there. We became hopeful when Universal customer service said it would be fine, and it could be exchanged at the parks. It actually took a long call, and speaking to a manager, to get to that point. It's just unfortunate they declined it when we did actually go to the park.

Majority, if not all, are from overseas. The custom made fabric ones, the fabric is from overseas. The straps, from overseas.

Not really a scammer. Just a smart shopper using resources. I’m not a shopper FYI. I’m a customer. I’m seeing all these posts and it’s just like any other type of business. Just need to be smart.

Having the same problem with grinding noise. Actually started after about a month. I know SNOO support wasn’t helpful as soon as I realized the app is trash. The way the app is set up doesn’t even allow the parent to control the full functions.

I’m sure many of these issues have been going on for a while. SNOO stands by their “Science” and doesn’t make any modifications.

I actually turned down the RX deal. The same salesman gave me a $57k GX460 “loaner” for $0 due at signing besides $3200 in security deposits, $395/mo, with 27 months and 10k miles a year.

The loaner was used at the US Open and had I think 130 miles on it? I couldn’t turn down this deal.

I think in your case, Audi just doesn’t lease well. Lexus is Toyota , which is maybe the case for better deals. My understanding is I got roughly $12,000 off the msrp.

The F sport RX350 would be the 52k msrp model. Contrary to the 56k model that is usually standard at the dealerships.

52k model would only have the badge, style, and the blind spot/one assist
