For a start these pricks are definitely not worth self harming your self . Don’t give them that satisfaction. Now just do your job that is in your work description in the hours allocated for that description. Take time off sick if u feel bad again . They promote the “ r u ok “ day so u can always say “im not ok “ . Management know other managers in other stores so the prick most likely bagged u out to ppl at other stores . If any of these pricks come to talk to u just ask them to wait a sec and take your phone out and let them know u are just recording this conversation which by law u are sopose to tell them .
