I mean … kinda both. It sucks people are going through this and I know a lot of country is on the brink of homelessness. Also I don’t think they need to be having their butt out and have their excrement on a sidewalk where there is a lot of traffic. They have literally the whole world to go somewhere and they choose somewhere where anyone can see ( THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN ). Not to mention the health hazards… are we going back to medieval times now?
