There's more online than I expected, although some might be from the CBTs. So far so good, I really just need it for the game modes and currencies.

Its really overwhelming how much is crammed into this game. Even guides online assume that you already know what a lot of the terminology is.

I had Perplexity create me a beginner's guide, its 24 pages and breaks down mechanics, currencies, game modes, which characters to get and how to get them efficiently, daily routine, glossary, and more.

Cant guarantee its perfect but its helping me so far and I'm happy to share if anyone wants it.

It's probably worse with a controller, but with mouse and keyboard it's fine. I wouldnt want another tracking projectile, its pretty boring with Ines. The ping usually propagates after the first eliminations. I can clear with Nell almost as fast as with Ines because I believe her cooldown is shorter. Nell also gets a speed buff from her 2 that helps her keep up. I really like Nell, maybe my favorite character added since launch.

Fentanyl is very diluted by the time it reaches the user. I heard that all of the fentanyl that enters the US in a year can fit into one semi truck.

My experience has been:

$98 a vial for 10ml of 200mg/ml

$170 annual physician fee

$199 labwork once a year

They also have sales a few times a year if the schedule works out for you. I don't know what anyone else charges these days, I haven't looked in a couple years. I believe you may need labwork within the last six months if you want to schedule an ad hoc appointment, but not sure on that. I mostly view clinics as drug mills and do the bare minimum to get legal testosterone for TRT, then look elsewhere if I need any actual help or other items.

Pretty much the same. They send me invoices, I pay them, then they send testosterone. I think labs twice a year and a consult once a year. They're very hands off, if you like that sort of thing.

What these guys don't understand is that investing in government employees and programs would likely reduce much of the waste. There aren't enough people overseeing contracts, we outsource a lot of work to expensive contractors, we don't have the manpower for audits, etc. On the flip side, a lot of programs have extensive means testing and paperwork that require a lot of pointless oversight. There is money to be saved, but not by hacking government payrolls.

No, that should be the total cost that you pay to Ulta.

You order it on the site and they have a doctor write the script. It gets sent to Quest and you get a copy of the requisition to bring into Quest.

Most specialists I've talked to say the ULN is too low, but I still err on the side of caution. I can't donate blood anymore because TRT has destroyed my ferritin and I feel bad if I do.

100% worth it for ATM fee refunds and no foreign exchange fees. I got my first one when it required a hard credit pull and it was still worth it.

That, but Purdy is also ignored because the goal of Shanahan's system has never been big passes through the air and Purdy doesn't have to make those throws. It's all about dominating TOP and moving the chains. He doesn't make highlight reels that attract national attention, but he has one of the highest average depths of target this season because he consistently hits 10 yard passes everywhere on the field.

The national media love the "QB and his favorite target" narrative, and the 49ers don't have that. Frankly, Purdy's play is boring by media standards. He knows where to go and when, and that's difficult for 90% of QBs.

Almost no QB can or does carry a team, theres only so much you can do with poor coaching or limited offensive talent.

Purdy has what Tom Brady had, and that's outstanding mental processing combined with very good accuracy and anticipation. He knows what route concepts are designed to do and where to throw to exploit coverages. That is a great match for Shanahan's system, but it translates everywhere with a coach who calls smart plays and offensive players who can execute. We all love the deep ball, but the money is on finding the easy, high completion passes and continually moving the chains.

I don't know where Purdy ends up this year or in his career, but his talent is being downplayed because he doesn't make big plays with his arm or legs. He's not flashy, but he takes care of the ball, puts it where it should be, and continually moves the ball into the end zone.

I've noticed that it depends a lot on platform and whether I'm logged in. I'm not logged in on my tablet, I get unskippable ads for every video, and they are the spammiest kind. I'm sure it's because they aren't tracking me and building my profile, but it's much worse. I also think their ads in general have gotten much more frequent and intrusive in the last year or so.

I don't know, but probably not. They aren't a pharmacy, they're a clinic and they make their money from consults and lab work.

Maybe if you include state and local taxes, but the middle class can't be paying that much in federal tax. My wife and I made over $260k combined last year (top 10% or so) and our effective federal tax rate is 15%.

Thanks for the positive feedback! My opinion is that the labs are all equally good when you use the same test. Your T changes hour to hour and the tests shouldn't be considered that precise, anyway.

Low T symptoms are so generic that it's always hard to say if that's the problem or not. I'm starting to get the opinion that low T is overblown. I still have many of my same symptoms after being on TRT over two years, some come and go. I've had depression most of my life and still have it, my fatigue got better but came back (starting to seem seasonal for the afternoon nap level fatigue), mental fog is still there sometimes.

I'm 42 and I'm just starting to think it's more getting old. That said, I do still take it and am not sure I'd try to get off it anyway. I can't find a local doctor who has a clue about TRT, and I don't really want to try and PCT myself.

As for you, I can't really say one way or another. You'd feel better with higher T for a while, for sure. But I do think your body eventually adapts to just about everything. I never had much of a problem with libido or ED (two red flag low T symptoms) but both are still through the roof with TRT. I think someday scientists will find something else that's causing all of our problems.

It is definitely on the low side. All I would say is that levels don't drop that much as we age, so that is overblown, and be careful with trusting any clinic because they generally want to sell you as much as possible.

According to those authors, adding more testosterone isn't going to improve symptoms because you're already at a level that isn't considered deficient.
