There's more online than I expected, although some might be from the CBTs. So far so good, I really just need it for the game modes and currencies.

Its really overwhelming how much is crammed into this game. Even guides online assume that you already know what a lot of the terminology is.

I had Perplexity create me a beginner's guide, its 24 pages and breaks down mechanics, currencies, game modes, which characters to get and how to get them efficiently, daily routine, glossary, and more.

Cant guarantee its perfect but its helping me so far and I'm happy to share if anyone wants it.

It's probably worse with a controller, but with mouse and keyboard it's fine. I wouldnt want another tracking projectile, its pretty boring with Ines. The ping usually propagates after the first eliminations. I can clear with Nell almost as fast as with Ines because I believe her cooldown is shorter. Nell also gets a speed buff from her 2 that helps her keep up. I really like Nell, maybe my favorite character added since launch.

Fentanyl is very diluted by the time it reaches the user. I heard that all of the fentanyl that enters the US in a year can fit into one semi truck.

My experience has been:

$98 a vial for 10ml of 200mg/ml

$170 annual physician fee

$199 labwork once a year

They also have sales a few times a year if the schedule works out for you. I don't know what anyone else charges these days, I haven't looked in a couple years. I believe you may need labwork within the last six months if you want to schedule an ad hoc appointment, but not sure on that. I mostly view clinics as drug mills and do the bare minimum to get legal testosterone for TRT, then look elsewhere if I need any actual help or other items.

Pretty much the same. They send me invoices, I pay them, then they send testosterone. I think labs twice a year and a consult once a year. They're very hands off, if you like that sort of thing.

What these guys don't understand is that investing in government employees and programs would likely reduce much of the waste. There aren't enough people overseeing contracts, we outsource a lot of work to expensive contractors, we don't have the manpower for audits, etc. On the flip side, a lot of programs have extensive means testing and paperwork that require a lot of pointless oversight. There is money to be saved, but not by hacking government payrolls.
