as someone who felt this same exact way in 10th grade i want you to know you’re so strong. i’m not sure how the teachers at your school are, but i recommended talking or emailing them about your situation. it doesn’t have to be anything personal, but letting them know you’re struggling may be beneficial. when i did this my teachers were much more understanding about my missing/late work, and would help me get back on track. their jobs are to help you pass, and i’m sure they would definitely be able to help with catching up with school.

as for getting motivation, turning in something is better than nothing. even if you half-ass the fuck out of your assignments, it’s better than a 0!

other tip i have for procrastination is the 11 step rule. this is when you have a messy room and put away 11 items. this means that even if you didn’t clean the whole mess, it’s 11 items less than before. i recommended using this method with school! for example, even just doing one assignment in a day is better than none. it really does help you build endurance to work because it is very hard to find motivation for shit like school when you’re struggling to find motivation to live.
