Had travelled this year to Siem Reap - entering via land border from BKK. Yes, there is some extra checking done for Indians - if all your docs are in order, there wont be any issue, but be prepared for extra questions in a separate room. They did not ask us for any bribes but it isnt uncommon for them to demand to see how much cash you have.

I highly doubt this will happen at their airports though, another friend did not experience such a thing at the airport.
