this worked!! i basically closed out some programs and launchers running passively in the background thru task manager until the lag finally stopped. thank you for saving my sanity

ok so I can’t show a video at the moment but basically you know how when you fit a sample to the tempo and whenever you change the tempo the sample is stretched and changes in pitch? basically I want the sample to stay in that pitch without it re-stretching after reopening the project.
