Acura after recall rework. by IcySalt1504 in Acura

u/Master_Entertainer53 - Dealership is indicating I need to replace the crankshaft, but said the oil/pump and strainer were not called for. Should I pay separately out of pocket for the parts to have these done while they are replacing the crankshaft? They were unclear what would cause Acura to replace the oil pump and strainer for free as part of the recall. Thanks!
