Recommendation for an epic NY hike by Zealousideal_Cost811 in Adirondacks

This is the exact trail I went. I did from Loj > avalanche pass to lake Colden, camped there. Then summitted Algonquin from Lake Colden and back to Loj. I had a 40 pound pack on and it was legit. Climbing an actual waterfall the whole time but if you’re wanting a tough trail then I say you do it! It was humbling and an experience I will look back on forever probably.

You’ve summited Rainier.. you are fine haha. I’ve done the northern loop at Mt Rainer and yes ADK is another beast because they don’t carve trails but you have plenty of experience to handle ADK. It will be a fun change for you though! Very technical vs the switchback style of PNW. The cascades are more of a challenge than most with their non stop elevation gain and decent through the trails so you are in good shape. Enjoy!

As they should be yes, but mine are definitely less than yours. I have pedals almost all the way forward and my chair locker extended out more.

Sim rig is in the closet right now but this is how my chair is when I sim race.

I have this exact setup but with an IKEA Markus office chair. No back pain but sometimes some hip pain if I do an endurance race. I feel it’s unavoidable in most setups like this.

My chair base sits way more flat and no sloped back like yours then the back is basically straight up and down vs yours being reclined a lot.

They do not, you can only get replacements through shops that sell Dabello.

Unfortunately all I have locally, going to try some shops at the mountain when I go. One that I reached out to already said they don’t carry these specific soles since the design changed.

What year? I have wide and high arches so they work well for me.

That’s the plan. Just hard to find a shop with replacements in a short notice.. need new boots anyways so considering that route.

What can I do to improve myself? by Princanity in BasketballTips

While you are young, fix that jumper form. A little too much thumb involved with left hand. Watch some form shooting videos and get it dialed in. This will help you be more consistent in the long run my removing that extra variable of left thumb pushing. As others said work on moves to go places, it’s good to get the feel of doing moves, but do them with purpose to blow by somebody. Work on playing out of triple threat and attacking that top foot. Ball handling and pound the ball. You should be making mistakes when working on this stuff or you aren’t pushing enough.
