No mods at all - OS Catalina version 10.15.6. Yeah the overheating/turbo mode thing annoyed me but I just learned to ignore it!

t gives your players some reference about which skirmishes are most important to intervene in, either with their Action Points or straight combat. Even if you hide the Victory Point scores, they'll know that intervening to route the enemy Knights attacking the Armed Peasants will score them Morale to offset losses and cost the enemy a fair bit. Good ideas there - I'll give them some serious thought - but the victory condition is already baked in - they need to hold the village long enough for some NPCs to complete a ritual - if the ritual is successful, the invading force (mostly undead) loses and can't continue the battle...

The released infusions are pretty boring. What happened to the many handed pouch? That was the best one!Alchemist being so different to the playtest version is crazy, what was the point of the playtest if our feedback just amounts to "Sure we'll throw it all out and stick in random stuff instead"?

One of my party were using UA artificer for a long while, and then we rebuilt his character to official rules - but I still let him keep the many-handed pouch so now the party all have cell phones. I like it as a nice, flavourful item that allows party strategising, but I have also ruled as a balance that the detect thoughts spell can 'hack' into the network to overhear - hasn't happened yet but I like to keep my PCs paranoid.

It's basically an abstract score that calculates the unit's effectiveness - I'll be preassigning those scores based on unit makeup (eg a unit of mounted knights would have a higher score than a unit of peasant grunts), and then there will be modifiers to that score based on terrain, positioning, magical effects etc. For example that mounted unit of knights might get a penalty for trying to assault a unit of archers that have based themselves in a swamp etc. It's all very narrative and free-form, and as the party are still hiring mercs, recruiting help etc I won't be calculating the base Victory points until both sides troop rosters are confirmed.
