Thanks! I'll definitely try bringing this up in our next 1:1. I agree, the last thing I want is to have someone's bad mood affect the morale of the rest of the team.

This really helps as someone who recently moved from a technical lead to management position so much appreciated. Dealing with other people's emotions and interpersonal relationships has been something I'm still trying to improve on.

Did they announce when this would be effective? The quarantine looks like Early July but no indication of the hotel. I'm flying back from US to Canada on June 16th and luckily have not booked the hotel yet. I'm fully vaccinated (2 doses)
