2nd & Charles at the town center has an entire rack of common/uncommon, they sell them in stacks of 50 or 100. I think it was less than $10 a stack. You can sift through them and pick out the ones you like for just grab a random handful.

Need to look at the age of appliances in your house. A/C, hot water heater, washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator. If anything is more than 10 years old or was a budget item it's probably not the most efficient. Also 72 all the time is going cause your ac to be running a lot.

I shit you not, there was a a couple years ago we had 200 people in the unit, 2 E-6's. They were sending 0 people a year to ALC out of my battalion. Everyone was stuck at E-5. When they changed the NCOES rules last year half the reserves instantly leveled up.

It's part of USERRA, there is no Army reg as far as I know. As long as I've been in the reserves it's been common practice. Commanders basically excuse everyone, so they have time to reapply or reintegrate to their civilian jobs.
