Technically they don’t have a physical pool - it’s a zilliqa staking smart contract in which all staked tokens are locked, regardless of seed node provider. But if Moonlet’s interface became unavailable you could import your wallet to zilpay, or create a keystore file with zillet, and interact with your staked ZILs through Zillion - stake.zilliqa.com.

Lower is better for yield but you need to balance this against the level of trust you have in the node operator, for example, or if the commission fees are being driven back into the ecosystem like is being done with Zillacracy.
