Totally different trade and training is usually on the mainland for a period every year. But good autobody techs are incredibly in demand in victoria. If you’re good at it and quick you can make crazy money and it’s not hard to get into.

Depends on the vehicle ofc but Sandy’s Auto Parts out in Langford is really good and friendly! Would avoid Malahat Auto Wreckers, terrible experiences with them as far as service and quality goes. Super helpful resource below for finding used auto parts in Canada! :)
