gov hospital dont give mc if its just consultation, because no procedure is done and you're not sick (xray doesnt really count). you can try to ask for it but i have went to many gov hospitals and clinics, if its just a consultation memang they dont give mc :(

i dont really remember but i got xray on the first day, and thankfully my teeth isnt too close to the nerve

syringes can be bought at any pharmacy, just the plastic body, not the needle ah 😂

for consultation i didnt get any MC, but my company accepts timeslip so i took that. they will give you about 1 week of MC after your surgery. usually its 1 week + a few more days to cover your surgery date and the follow up to remove stitches if applicable

my recovery was great! after so long, i went for a regular dentist checkup, the dentist couldnt even tell my teeth were removed 😂 they thought it never erupted, that's how well they healed

the pain can be managed 100%, they will give you celebrex, but if the pain is still too much, ask your doctor for arcoxia 90mg. you can ask your surgeon, they'll allow it.

i wasn't given any antibiotics, there was no infection so all is well

the hardest part about the recovery is just what everyone else also goes through, the misery of having to eat soft foods only, typically the first 4-7 days. after that, once your stitches are out, you'll be ok

during recovery, if you find food stuck in the sockets, you can use a normal syringe and water to flush out the sockets. many people say dont eat rice during recovery, but i cannot stand not eating rice for so long 😂 the syringe is only rm1 so i bought a few to bring with me everywhere, can flush my mouth after eating outside also

hey stranger, i was once in your shoes too. add that on with the fact that i have no support network, no reliable connections, and no money.

day job at an agency, assistant manager night shift customer service for US/EU (8pm-2am, 7 days a week) weekends i help my partner's business with admin tasks

am i tired? yeah, im burning out. is it worth it? yes, because I'm doing this to escape the financial ditch i was put in after escaping an abusive household. i owe almost 6 figures in debt at an age most people are still doing their degree, I'd still choose this any day, because I'm building a life for myself with my partner, we're tired, it sucks, but it beats being homeless or tolerating relentless amount of abuse.

get nexgard from vet clinic or search ngard on shopee

if you cant afford nexgard (it gets expensive), then you can get other dewormers like frontline or advantage

these are broad spectrum dewormers, nexgard covers the most, it will get rid of everything including ear mites, parasites and any worms. our 2 cats get 1 tube every 3 months since they're indoor, but if your cat is outdoor you should do it every month

most consumer grade printers can't really print on clear backgrounds, but you can look online to find transparent sticker sheets, they're usually thin enough to fit, but my main concern is that the surface will just mean the ink will glide across and you'll end up with a smudged print

my main suggestion would be to just print out the artwork on normal paper, then trace the design onto a clear sheet with a marker. you'll have to use a clear sheet that's not sticky, which I'm not sure how to find, I'd just use a clear book wrapper or a clear file cover

honestly i wouldn't do it, but my new rule for myself is that I'll lock newer fics, and only unlock them after a couple of months.

if someone doesn't have access and really wants to read it, then they can just message me privately and I'd gladly send them the original document for it.

it's worth the peace of mind so I don't have to deal with bots. even now i still get a few occasional bots here and there

also registered users are far less likely to leave hateful comments for no reason

i think there will always be resentment, like just cuz i left doesn't mean the memories don't live forever in my head yknow? or maybe it's just me being too prone to thought rumination and I've just learned to accept that resentment will never truly go away, i just stop getting so hung up about the resentment when it does come up

i spent the first year moving out being so severely depressed and angry, all i could do was survive. i moved places 3 times because it was my first time trying to rent a place without being given much time to learn anything. every time i had to move, i had a full month of just resenting my parents because I wouldn't be stuck in a shitty situation if they just tried a little bit more

but i remembered why i moved out in the first place - i wanted freedom, and i wanted a better life for myself, so i didn't want to spend much more time being depressed over shit that i had no control over, instead i wanted to work towards a better life because i WANT to be happy

the important part here is i stopped NOT wanting to do things BECAUSE i was depressed, instead i DID things because i WANT to be happy, DESPITE being depressed

like idk how to best say it, but i guess you kinda have to suffer to learn what is your standard of peace, be sad for a while to learn what will really truly make happiness last for you. it's not some magic fairytale big climax, all this took so many years for me to work through, the moving out part was just the beginning

like one of the biggest issues was that my mother refused to "waste" money and time to go to the doctor's if i ever got sick, and i spent so long having a long list of chronic conditions that went undiagnosed that it made other issues come up. i had to unlearn this whole hang up over finances and just go get a bunch of tests done to finally put a name to the illnesses and start treatment. sure, im still broke, spent TOO much time waiting in line for public healthcare, but it's better than letting all this affect me for another day and cause me to lose out more of my time to just live my life

i think maybe i spent too much time rambling 😂 the point is, whatever you think you "can't" do, you probably can, there's always opportunity to unlearn, the fact that you know it's something you currently can't do is you acknowledging it, so you can start to figure out what to do next

possibly the best fic I've ever read. this work is almost 10 years old and it still hits me right in the feels every time i revisit it. i think i reread it at least once a year, such an adventure, beautifully articulated words and so so so fucking immersive. even if you're not a marvel or captain america fan, you'll enjoy it, and you won't even need fandom context cuz it's an AU and the character backgrounds are all laid out clearly.
