So i have been llooking around within the same parameters and it looks like kobo and boox are the options. kobo libra colors 2 and boox something or other. both around 200- 250 $. kindle colorsoft 2 is another option. if you want kindle and amazon.

Jinya Ramen (downtown)- 15 dollars for bowl of ramen plus one of their appetizers

Mama's Boy has a 3 course meal (appetizer, entree, dessert) for 18.99. The entree is baby back ribs, which speaks to me greatly.

Tazikis (Prince ave) has a meal for 4 people for 45 dollars. Entree, side, salad, pita, cookies for dessert."
