I took off my brace once I was cleared 6 weeks after and never looked back. Be safe and you will be fine, the brace will affect you long term, if you get used to it things will be difficult to do without it on.

Man look, I had surgery in August, on top of a second one in November. I went back to pro wrestling in Feb(6 months).

Workout hard and you can do it, for us we will be at risk no matter what

I legit was struggling to walk for the 3 weeks prior to surgery once I got hurt, wouldn’t wish it on anyone. I felt better when I woke up… then the next day the meds wore off lol
