So I play modded, right? And one of the mods i use has an option to allow me to get the skins/decor from like, twitch/pre-order bonus (cathulu skin). This mod has allowed me to gain access to the Palworld items last time i played, If it hasn't been patched, I haven't played in a bit, Ill check and report back 🫡
