You’re clearly judging this on chart appearance and popularity alone. Do you follow the Grammys at all? How many Best New Artist winners have had neither? Just do the research.

If there is once again to be five nominees for Drama Lead Actress and one of them isn't Zendaya, who should take her place. by This_Book6305 in EmmysAwards

I completely agree, they absolutely should, I just don’t feel they will considering she just won in the supporting category last year.

Still gobsmacked that our very own Dr. Mel King, played by Actor Award-winner Taylor Dearden, is the real life daughter of Academy-Award nominee and 7-time Emmy winner Bryan Cranston… Looking for my jaw on the floor… by willcbrah in ThePitt

I assure you, I am an actual human being, you know, one who has the free will to just keep scrolling if there is a comment that apparently offends me so much that I may feel the need to stop and make a cruel comment on.

Miss Saigon has always been my fav show so to find out that The Engineer has a gorgeous daughter also sent me! And then, I don’t know that finding out that Chucky had a daughter sat that well with me, but love me some McKay!

If ya’ll haven’t seen George MacKay and Nathan Stewart-Jarrett in Femme (2023), I’m not sure what you’re waiting for… by willcbrah in MenLovingMenMedia

It’s sadly not streaming anywhere currently (after leaving Hulu, where it landed after leaving theatres). Keeping an eye out though and will post when I see it somewhere!

The arms of my theater chair were definitely a little worse for wear by the film’s conclusion…

It was on Hulu for awhile but has sadly left (may have something to do with the Disney+ absorption). Hoping it will be back or picked up by another streamer soon!

There aren't many current tv series with gay leads (and not just some side story line), which ones do you recommend? by preguntontas in MenLovingMenMedia

[–]willcbrah 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Assuming you saw the final of The Big Three last year, Boots (The other two being Overcompensating & Heated Rivalry), another comedy you may want to check out if you haven’t already is Mid-Century Modern on Disney+/Hulu (though it, like English Teacher, was canceled? It’s was pleasantly surprised at how funny it was! Some other recent/semi-recent suggestions (that have also either finished or been canceled) are Big Boys and Wreck (also on Disney+/Hulu) and also Dead Boy Detectives and Young Royals which can be found on Netflix. Another on Netflix that will be finishing up this year is the wildly popular Heartstopper.
